What you'll do:

Flow, float, and fully unplug during a stand-up paddleboard yoga session on the Verde River and Alcantara Vineyard’s private beach. You and your group will practice yoga poses while floating on calm water, guided by an experienced instructor who makes the class approachable for all levels — even if you’ve never done yoga or paddleboarding before. The class starts slow and low, gradually building confidence as you move through the sequence. You’re always encouraged to listen to your body, take breaks, and modify poses as needed. After your session, head to the tasting room to enjoy your included wine credit and relax riverside.
