Frequently Asked Questions for Get Ready Together: Group makeup class with a professional makeup artist.

Question 1

Is GlamRUs for me?

Accepted Answer

If you've ever wanted to learn makeup, then yes - absolutely!

Whether you're a complete beginner, someone looking to refine what you already know, a teen just getting started, or someone who never quite got around to learning and is finally doing it for herself, GlamRUs was built for you. Our classes are welcoming to all experience levels, backgrounds, ages, and identities. The only thing you need to walk through our door is the desire to learn.

We do ask that students be at least 14 years old. Anyone under 18 is welcome to attend alongside a parent or guardian who is also taking the class- which makes for a pretty special experience.

Question 2

Do I need to bring my own makeup and brushes?

Accepted Answer

Nope! We've got you covered.

Brushes are available to borrow and our pro will have product samples on hand for you to try during class, which is part of the fun!

That said, if you do have makeup or brushes at home, bring them along! Our pro can show you how to get the most out of what you already own, and keep you from unnecessarily spending down the line.

Question 3

Is alcohol allowed?

Accepted Answer

We don’t allow alcohol in the studio, so everyone can focus on the fun (and the technique!). If you book us to come to your location, it’s your space and your rules.

Question 4

Question 5

Accepted Answer

No problem! Our pros are trained to work with all types of allergies and skin sensitivities. Before your class, we'll send out a pre-class survey where you can share any concerns so we can make sure your experience is as personalized and comfortable as possible.

Question 6

How does GlamRUs handle sanitation and hygiene?

Accepted Answer
