• Private Group Experience: This experience is designed exclusively for your group. Final guest count must be confirmed prior to your event.

• Location: Available throughout select areas of New Jersey and New York City. Experiences may be hosted at your private residence, rental property, or an approved venue.

• What to Wear: Comfortable workout attire suitable for Pilates. Grip socks are recommended.

• All Fitness Levels Welcome: No prior Pilates experience is necessary. Guests are encouraged to communicate any injuries, limitations, or accommodations in advance.

• Booking & Planning: Advance reservations are required. Our team will coordinate the details of your experience following booking.
