This isn’t just decor. It’s a full experience to make your bride feel special and your weekend feel seamless. I handle everything from balloon installs to custom items, so all you have to do is show up and pop the champagne.

We'll handle it for you......so you can get the party started! Stocking the Fridge $120 plus cost of groceries. Stocking the Bar $40 plus cost of items purchased.

Do you set up at hotels, Airbnbs, or villas?

Yes! I work with hotels, rental homes, and private villas throughout Cabo. You’ll just need to confirm that I can access the space before your group arrives.

How far in advance should I book?

At least 2 weeks is ideal, especially during busy seasons. Last-minute requests may be available depending on schedule. Just reach out and I’ll do my best to fit you in.

Do you offer other setups or experiences?

Yes! I can help plan and decorate boat parties, private dinners, poolside moments, and other surprise setups during your trip. Just let me know your ideas and I’ll bring them to life.

Do you offer refunds or rescheduling?

You can reschedule for free up to 7 days before your event. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable due to the custom nature of materials.

Do I need to be present for setup?

Nope. everything will be done before you arrive. I’ll coordinate timing with your host, concierge, or property manager so your group walks into a fully styled space.

Can we keep the decor or accessories after the trip?

All personalized items like cups, hats, and bags are yours to keep. All decor pieces belong to Cabo Event Decor and are rentals for you to enjoy and will be picked up at scheduled breakdown time.

Can we add something last-minute after booking?

If time allows, yes! I’ll always do my best to accommodate last-minute add-ons like hangover kits or extra custom items. Just message me and I’ll let you know what’s possible.
