Tables & chairs: We bring the painting supplies and party experience to you, but your group is responsible for providing appropriate tables, chairs, and event space.
Venue approval: Make sure your Airbnb, rental, hotel, or other venue allows the experience before booking. For outdoor parties, please have an appropriate weather backup plan.
Be ready at your scheduled time: Your party begins at the time listed on your booking. Late guest arrivals or delays in accessing the venue do not extend the scheduled end time.
Respect the cowboys: We want everyone to have fun! Our cowboys maintain appropriate personal and physical boundaries, and unsafe behavior, harassment, unwanted touching, illegal drug use, or excessive intoxication will not be permitted.
Cowboy requests: You may request a particular cowboy when available, but individual cowboy availability cannot be guaranteed and substitutions may occasionally be necessary.

Can I request a specific cowboy?
Yes! You can request a particular cowboy when available or choose “Surprise Me” and let us do the matchmaking. While we’ll do our best to accommodate requests, individual cowboy availability can’t be guaranteed and substitutions may occasionally be necessary (for example, if the cowboy you request needs a sick day).
What do we need to bring?
We bring the painting supplies, easels, aprons, and the cowboy—you provide an appropriate event space with tables and chairs. If you’re celebrating at an Airbnb, hotel, rental, or other venue, make sure the property allows the experience before booking.
Can everyone in our group participate?
Guests ages 12 and up may participate. Anyone under 18 must have a parent, legal guardian, or authorized supervising adult present and responsible for them throughout the experience.
Can we take pictures with the cowboys?
Please do! This experience was made for memories. Grab your phones, get the group together, and make sure the bride gets plenty of pictures with her cowboy!
Are the cowboys vetted?
Yes! We perform a thorough background check on every cowboy before he joins the Cowboys & Canvases team.
What will we be painting?
You’ll paint a simple sunset with a cowboy silhouette in front. Nothing too fancy or detailed—just a fun, approachable painting that makes a great souvenir of your Nashville experience, with a little Western flair!
