How does the sauna + cold plunge experience work?

We recommend rotating between the sauna and cold plunge for 2–3 rounds. A common starting point is 10–15 minutes in the sauna followed by a 1–3 minute cold plunge. Everyone moves at their own pace, and we’re happy to guide first-time guests through the process.

Bring a swimsuit, towel, water bottle, and comfortable clothing for after your session. A small changing space is provided.

Is this suitable for beginners?

Yes. Our sessions are beginner-friendly and fully self-paced. Whether it’s your first sauna experience or you’re familiar with contrast therapy, we’ll guide you through the process so you feel comfortable the entire time.

What are your booking and cancellation policies?

Bookings are confirmed through our online reservation system with a deposit collected at the time of booking. The remaining balance is automatically charged 48 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a refund minus the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be eligible for credit toward a future booking.

What if I have a medical condition?

If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have cardiovascular concerns, we recommend consulting your physician before participating. Sauna and cold plunge therapy are generally safe for healthy individuals, but your comfort and safety always come first
