I’ve never done Sugaring before. What is it?
Sugar paste is applied with a gloved hand in the opposite direction of hair growth. Then it is flicked off in the direction of hair growth, meaning it does not break the hair backward leaving you with smooth, hairless skin. The paste itself is 100% organic and made of just sugar, lemon, and water and applied at body temperature so there is no risk of burning. Did we mention no sticks or strips? The best part of sugaring is that regular treatments lead to reduced hair growth and discomfort. Thinner, lighter, sparser hair while being eco-friendly and totally trendy!
How should I prepare for a Sugaring appointment?
Exfoliate the area 24 hours prior to sugaring using circular motions. Don’t have an exfoliator? Stop by to grab an organic scrub. Drink lots of water on the day of your appointment and avoid any lotions, serums, or deodorant.
What is the difference between Bikini and Brazilian?
There are three different types of pubic hair removal; Bikini – the sides! Cleaning up the outside lines of where a bathing suit or underwear line sits. Includes one strip off of the top if desired. Full Bikini – the sides and as much as you want off the top! This is for those looking for something in between a Bikini and Brazilian. Brazilian – everything front and back. Includes sides, top, labia, and butt strip.
What is a lash-lift?
A lash lift is like a push-up bra for your lashes, babe! Do you do organic spray tans?
Yes, we do! Our spray tans give you a flawless, sun-kissed glow without the damage from UV rays. We use a fine mist of bronzing solution that’s customized to your skin tone, so you’ll look radiant, golden, and never orange. You’ll leave with that just-back-from-vacation glow in a single visit—no beach required. It’s the perfect way to boost your confidence, even out your skin tone, and feel like a glowing goddess any day of the week! We only use organic, vegan friendly products of the highest quality. Express tanning formulas, extenders and sparkling drying powders are available for a small up-charge.
What should we all wear to the Glow-Up Party?
You are welcome to wear whatever clothes are most comfortable for you, or to dress to the nine's! You can also bring a robe/slippers (I sense a possible theme here... We can also provide disposable robes and footwear if you prefer.
What is henna tattooing?
The most amazing thing ever! Henna tattoos are completely organic temporary tattoos that are hand painted onto skin using all natural ingredients. Our authentic artist is an expert in traditional mehndi design as well as being able to customize your design to your taste. Henna tattoos are typically applied to the hand or arm, but can be applied anywhere you'd like -- even secret places that only your special someone will find them!
