Aerial Yoga Class, BYOB Photo Tour & Shopping

What you'll do:

Enjoy a private 1-hour aerial yoga class followed by an additional 30-minutes to take photos in Nashville’s most instagram-worthy dance studio located in Downtown Nashville. Your guests will all receive an exclusive discount to shop following your event.

The class starts with a grounded hammock assisted Vinyasa (flow) to explore balance and breath-work, followed by a guided aerial sequence of Hatha (basics) inspired postures and concludes with spinal decompression and inverted postures. No previous aerial or yoga experience is required to participate in this class. Clients are encouraged to take as many photos as they would like and the class will end with a celebratory toast and gift for the guest of honor.

You’ll then transition to taking as many photos, videos, and boomerangs as you would like in our indoor mural tour and have time to shop in Nashville’s cutest retail store.
