This place is the best! I always leave feeling refreshed. I’ve been to several sauna studios in Nashville and this one is top tier. Great staff. Great atmosphere. Super clean. Exceeded my expectations.

Framework is the best place in Nashville for sauna and cold plunge. The space is amazing — the perfect place for recovery, restoration and has a great social aspect to it.

Framework continues to be an absolutely awesome addition to our lives. We drive "all the way from Franklin" multiple times per week as we enjoy it most out of any similar option in the Middle Tennessee area. Our ability to Cold Plunge (temps and timing) has improved dramatically since we started. We look forward to continuing the same routines at their new and improved location in 2025. Beautiful facility, friendly staff, life-changing experience. A must-add for your wellness routine. How it works: - Shower: quick rinse at the outdoor shower to get acclimated to colder temperature - Shiver: choose from 3 cold plunge options: 60, 50, and 40F degrees. - Sweat: another rinse and pop into a beautiful sauna for a sweat - (quite literally) rinse and repeat as you wish, meet and chat with other members along the way. Super friendly community. Tip: end with Shiver, not Sweat. It’s been several hours since my first visit and I am blown away by how good I have felt all day. All I can think about is how I am going to sign up for a Framework membership and cancel my gym, which told me they were going to put in a cold plunge and still haven’t after a year of the empty promise. Win for Framework, loss for my gym.

SO glad I stumbled upon this place, amazing experience for my first proper time trying cold plunge - first rate facilities, super knowledgeable staff and such an elevated, invigorating vibe. Def the coolest place in Nashville (no pun intended) and looking forward to becoming a regular!

You're guaranteed to find serenity and comfort here. From the moment you walk in, the staff's heartfelt welcome makes you feel right at home, even if it's your first venture into the world of Norwegian baths. The facilities are excellent, featuring showers, towels, personal lockers, changing areas, a sauna, and various cold bath options for all tolerance levels. Refreshing drinks are also available. It's the perfect spot to recharge in Nashville far from the hustle and bustle of downtime, whether alone, post-workout, or with friends. Looking forward to my next visit!

Framework is the perfect place to improve your health and build your community at the same time. The staff is incredible (shoutout to MK, Becca, and Allen) and the facilities are extremely well kept. 10/10 recommend getting the unlimited memberships.

incredible experience! tried on a whim — didn’t think i’d be able to convince myself into a plunge, never mind three, but the rare pain relief after only 2:30 minutes was so worth it! 10/10 experience and facility! will definitely be back

Had an incredibly fun morning here, it was my first cold plunge so I was a little nervous! However, the staff there was so patient and coached me through every step and I managed 2 sets of 3 min plunges! Can’t wait to visit and experience the new flagship location!

I came here last weekend with some friends and we had the best experience at Framework. The sauna was perfectly hot and the cold plunge experience was super refreshing. It definitely helped to have some knowledgeable staff to talk me through it all, and a nice cold NA beer to fishing it off. Can’t wait to come back!
