Framework is Nashville's studio for sauna and cold plunge. With seven saunas and 13 cold tubs, including group/social and private options, our architecturally designed indoor + outdoor experience is the best way to prepare, recharge, or recover on your weekend.

No sweat ;) If you're a first-timer -- we love helping folks take the plunge for the first time! And don't miss The Cafe at Framework, Nashville's first non-alcoholic cafe.

Framework is Nashville's first sauna and cold plunge facility. With seven unique saunas, 13 cold tubs, and a non-alcoholic cafe, it's the perfect destination for health, wellness, and recovery. The framework is set up as a default social experience -- our public saunas hold up to 25 people each, and you'll plunge side by side with your friends -- in our combination of indoor and outdoor space. You can also opt for private options, suitable for groups of 4-20.

Before or after your session, extend the socialization in Nashville's first non-alcoholic cafe, with offerings from zero-proof cocktails to bespoke tea soda creations, as well as a full espresso program, draft kombucha, and N/A beer. Light snacks are also available.

Additional information:

• Booking is STRONGLY recommended for groups, especially on weekends.
• All you need to bring is something to get wet in (swimsuit, workout clothes, etc). We provide towels, sandals, and water and have full amenity locker rooms.
