What is permanent or "Forever" jewelry?
Agapantha Forever Jewelry is permanent 14k gold, 14k gold fill, or sterling silver chain / bangle that is welded closed around your body as a bracelet, necklace, anklet or ring. We have a gorgeous selection of chains and charms for you to choose from to create your own special, custom piece. It is painless (you'll literally feel nothing) and there's no clasp, making it permanent (or until it's not). Grab your loved ones and get Forever-ed together! Get one because it's beautiful, get one to remember someone special, to set an intention, to celebrate a special occasion (think great bridesmaids gift/ girls night, etc), or to commemorate your connection with someone special.
Can I get it wet?
Yes, you can wear it in the shower and swimming and if you want to shine it up, you can gently use a jewelry cleaning cloth or an extra soft toothbrush with dishwashing soap. But honestly, you probably won't need to do anything to it! That's why we use the high quality metals that we do.
How long will it last?
It's called Forever Jewelry, but we can't tell you how long it will stay on. Jewelry is still jewelry and life happens! We are all highly trained and promise not to let you leave without a solid weld. If it breaks, we are happy to re-zap you at no cost. Just don't lose the chain, because that we can't replace. If you need to remove it for any reason, use scissors or cutting pliers on the ring we welded and we'll be happy to re-zap you when you're ready. We can also add a clasp for an additional charge and that can be done through the mail if you're not local.
Does it hurt?
You won't feel a thing but the overwhelming joy of having something so delicate and sparkly on your body.
