From the moment I stepped inside, everyone greeted me with a warm smile. Hannah, in particular, gave me a tour and provided valuable information about the red light therapy and sauna. The experience was truly exceptional. I left with radiant, dewy skin and a sense of overall lightness. It was an incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating session. I literally thought about it and talked about my time there for the rest of the day!

I was happy to hear about Beem and try out the infrared sauna and medical grade red light therapy. The space is bright and calming. Everyone who works there is so nice and welcoming. The rooms are spotless. The saunas come with an iPad and built in speakers so you can listen to music or watch Netflix while you relax. It is not as hot as a regular sauna so the 40 minutes is easily doable. The red light therapy has a lot of benefits and with time I could see being super helpful, whereas the sauna was an immediate relaxation. I will definitely be back!

Beem is clean, peaceful and exactly what I needed! Noan was so nice, walked me through the space, answered all my questions, and made me feel so comfortable. Will definitely be back! 10/10 experience.

I love Beem! The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. I switched over from using the YMCA sauna, and the Beem experience is unmatched! The attention to detail and cleanliness make for a relaxing experience that I look forward to each week.

Love this place! The saunas are the perfect temperature and so relaxing. I love that they provide an ipad for music or shows. Also, the peppermint infused towels.. the best. Cant wait to go back!

Wow! I’ve never experienced red light therapy or infrared sauna before today and they were both fantastic! Both rooms were spotlessly clean and private. I was given a full tour of the facility and Stephanie explained both treatments thoroughly and answered all my questions. I really enjoyed both treatments and felt SOOO good afterward. I will be back!

Thank you to Gracie for making my first time experience INCREDIBLE. She went over the benefits of the sauna and explained everything to make my light sauna experience one to remember. I will definitely be coming back. I loved the inviting atmosphere as soon as I walked in! Thank you again Gracie!

I tried this new spa for the first time with the red light and the light sauna, back to back. I felt great afterwards. I highly recommend this to all. And the staff was fantastic as well.
