About this Experience
What you'll do:
Imagine a high-energy dance party on bikes. The room is dimly lit with a club-style glow, the playlist is fire, and the energy is contagious. It's not just pedaling; it's moving with the music, feeling the bass, and riding as one big crew.
What to expect in class:
45 Minutes of sweat, music, and moves (you'll feel like you're in a music video)
Resistance and choreography that keeps it spicy (push-ups on the bar, sprints, hills, and a lil arm workout)
Optional themed rides - Latin nights, DJ battles, R&B, "Tour de Twerk, etc...
Why we love it for your party:
Squad energy (Everyone starts together, clips in, and instantly feels like part of the show)
Zero judgement (Every level is welcome - your friend who's super fit and the one who's just starting out can both ride at their own pace)
Hype instructors (Think DJ/MC meets coach - motivating, fun, and a little bit extra)

Additional information:
The VIBE afterward: You walk out glowing, sweaty, hyped, and more connected. People high-five, snap pics at the neon sign, grab coffee or tea from our neighbor "Crete", and of course, usually plan on coming back. It's as much a social scene as it is a workout.
