Booking Evan was a great experience for our group of 25. Not only did he boil up some great food including oysters, crayfish, snow crab, shrimp, and all the fixings, but he made it easy and painless to accommodate everyone. He helped clean up, brought plasticware, set up the table, and overall was just a fun guy to talk to. Highly recommend anyone looking for a seafood boil in the Nola area

Absolutely amazing experience start to finish—Evan is incredibly knowledgeable and the whole process is sort of like a crawfish boil class. Best crawfish I’ve ever had by a mile, more than enough food for everyone and Evan even insisted on buying the groom a cocktail at a local bar. Great guy, great service, great crawfish!!

Wonderful experience with Gulf Coast Crawfish Co. Catering was easy to schedule/set up. Everything arrived on time and communication was smooth. Food was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. Evan was personable and we enjoyed chatting with him during our boil. Prices were extremely reasonable and included set up and clean up. Would 100% book again next time we’re in New Orleans

Set up a crawfish boil for my brother’s bachelor party. Evan came by and was extremely friendly and a joy to have do this for us. The food was incredible and it was a great experience from the planning process to the feast itself.
