Not only did he boil up some great food including oysters, crayfish, snow crab, shrimp, and all the fixings, but he made it easy and painless to accommodate everyone. Absolutely amazing experience start to finish—Evan is incredibly knowledgeable and the whole process is sort of like a crawfish boil class. Best crawfish I’ve ever had by a mile, more than enough food for everyone and Evan even insisted on buying the groom a cocktail at a local bar. Great guy, great service, great crawfish!!
