Adam and Cynthia made us the MOST AMAZING meal! Adam worked with me a ton in advance because our group had some specific dietary restrictions, and he was super responsive. He also designed and printed a menu to match our theme! Everyone loved the food so much, and one of our group members requested we “bury her with this chocolate cake.” They also packed up the leftovers and cleaned up completely before heading out! I highly recommend!!!!!!!

I hired Adam to create an incredible emo dinner for my birthday. The food was fabulous and he shows such a level of care! He incorporated my request for pomegranate into the menu perfectly!

Chef Adam was superb! He was so helpful and accommodating in creating a menu that met our requests and our budget - not easy with a bachelorette party like us I’m sure! Every course was incredible, I couldn’t even pick a favorite. He was extremely professional and arrived on time to start the prep and even cleaned up afterwards as if he was never there. It was definitely a highlight of our trip to have him curate such an experience for us!

Absolutely incredible experience! I planned an 20 person birthday dinner that was spectacular. Adam’s attention to detail and dedication to his craft really made our dreams come true. The menu was fresh and local: tuna crudo, olive oil poached swordfish and basque cheesecake. Could not have asked for a better dinner! And can’t wait to hire him again.

Adam is amazing ! First of all this man can REALLY COOK. I hired him for a bachelorette and the girls loved him and loved his food !!! He is super accommodating and prints out custom menus for the dinner . He really made the whole at home dinner experience super fun!!!

Adam was amazing! Travelled to New Orleans for my best friend’s bachelorette and wanted a private dinner for our first night as we were exhausted from our travels. I am so pleased and happy I reached out to Adam. He is an amazing chef. The process was easy. He was very flexible and worked with our party of 10. He gave us delicious options to choose from and really catered to our theme and restrictions. We chose an intimate 4 course meal. Every bite from appetizer through to main entree and dessert was fresh and unique. He brought everything we needed to our Airbnb. My entire party said it was the best meal on our trip and I agree! (Beats all the five star restaurants we went to)

FANTASTIC caterer. Came through last minute for two separate large parties at our home, and everyone was absolutely floored by each and every dish both times. 10/10 would recommend and will absolutely hire again.

Adam and his helper/bartender Hailey were the star of the show at my best friend’s Bachelorette in New Orleans for our night in “PJ” party! Adam was incredibly easy to work with planning wise, understanding of our budget, creative with our menu and went over and above to meet all our needs. I’d recommend them to anyone!

If you’re thinking about booking Adam- do it!! The food was amazing and his personality made it even better. We hired him for a girls night in and it was one of the most fun nights we had versus going out. The food was insanely good and he was so accommodating of our dietary preferences. He was also able to bring Hailey to help with drinks and bartending. She was amazing, such great people all around. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had!

10 out of 10, cooked both dinner and breakfast for us, the service was amazing, the food was unbelievably great, and he is such a cool dude too to have around! No need to think about hiring him, just do it!
