What’s included in the standard package?

Every Ubar package includes: the custom mobile bar unit, professional T.I.P.S.-certified mixologists, a custom signature cocktail menu consultation, all premium mixers (juices, syrups, sodas), ice, garnishes, cocktail napkins, straws, and all necessary bar tools/equipment.

How long does setup and breakdown take?

We arrive 60-90 minutes prior to the start of beverage service for setup and need approximately 30-45 minutes for breakdown and pack-out afterward. This time is not counted against your service hours.

What exactly is a "dry bar," and why are you one?

A dry bar means we do not purchase or sell the alcohol. You, the host, purchase the beer, wine, and liquor directly. We provide everything else: the custom bar setup, all professional staff, specialty mixers, garnishes, ice, glassware, and insurance. We operate this way to keep your costs down and stay compliant with state licensing laws, which often restrict the sale of alcohol at private venues.

How does this save me money?

By purchasing the alcohol yourself from a retailer (like Total Wine, Costco, or ABC), you avoid the typical 30-50% markup a full-service bar or caterer would charge you for the alcohol inventory. Plus, you often have the flexibility to return unopened bottles!
