What you'll do:
A fun experience with yoga & drinking games!
Start off your experience with an hour of Hatha/Yin yoga and end with fun, drinking and games!
For an alcoholic experience, you can pick 2-5 of your favorite liquors and a bartender will teach you how to make your favorite cocktails and new ones with fun games.
For a non-alcoholic, send a message of your favorite flavor profiles and we’ll use a non alcoholic filler(Seedlip) to recreate classic mocktails and more with fun games.

About this experience partner:
Faith cultivated her knowledge of Sound Journeys in Kathmandu, Nepal, getting her Certification at the Lotus Meditation Center. The Certification includes, Group Sound Healing, Singing Bowl Massages, Chakra Therapy and Tibetan Style Relaxation Therapy using Brass Sound Bowls, Tingshas, Chimes, Gongs, Drums,
Training in yoga, pranayama & meditation with Gurus at the Triguna Ashram in Rishikesh, India, she uses their wisdom in her ceremonies to encourage emotional, mental and spiritual bliss.
She focuses mainly on the Eastern Philosophy teachings of mindfulness, clarity and consciousness; using meditation, song and chanting in her ceremonies. Utilizing theories from psychology and neuroscience, she establishes a therapeutic energy, fostering a safe and supportive environment for expression.

If you would like an alcoholic experience, all participants must be 21.
