After an awakening during a plant medicine retreat in Costa Rica in 2021, Faith realized the obligation of personal awareness and the power of sound. In 2023, she began cultivating her knowledge of Sound Journeys in Kathmandu, Nepal, using Brass Sound Bowls and various other instruments. Training in yoga, pranayama & meditation with gurus in Rishikesh, India, she uses their wisdom in her ceremonies to encourage emotional, mental and spiritual bliss. A ceremony can include Movement(Qi Gong, Yoga), Breath-work, Sound Healing, & Vibrational Voice Work. A craft can be included to share your experience and keep hanging out with snacks and drinks (Non-Alcoholic or Alcoholic). Sound Bowl Massages are also available where the Bowls are vibrated on the body for relaxation and release.
