About this Experience

What you'll do:

Your group takes over Millennium Hall for a private pizza making class in Chicago where you actually build the meal from scratch. A chef walks everyone through stretching the dough, layering toppings, and getting the pie into the oven. While you cook, drinks are flowing and a snack is on the table to keep things going. You pick the music, you set the pace, and by the end of the class, everyone has a personal pizza they made themselves.

  • Dough stretching: a chef teaches you the technique hands-on so every guest gets the feel of working with real pizza dough from the first stretch to the final shape.

  • Custom pies: each guest builds their own pizza with their choice of toppings, so no two come out the same and the results spark plenty of friendly debate.

  • Drinks and appetizers: two drinks per person and one shared appetizer are included, keeping the group fed and the energy up before the pizzas even hit the oven.

  • Live fire cooking: you slide your pizza into the oven yourself and watch it cook, which makes eating it at the end far more satisfying than any delivery could.

  • Private setting: the class is reserved exclusively for your group, so the music, the pace, and the whole atmosphere are yours to shape.

Two hours go fast when everyone is cooking, eating, and competing over who made the best pie. This is a class that doubles as a dinner and feels nothing like a standard group activity.

Why we love it for your group:

  • Fully private: your group has the space to yourselves, which means no strangers, no shared tables, and a vibe that fits your crew.

  • Drinks included: two per person are built into the price so your group can sip while they cook without anyone tracking tabs.

  • Chef instruction: a professional chef leads the class, so guests leave knowing an actual skill, not just having watched a demo.

  • Eat what you make: everyone sits down to a meal they built themselves, which turns a cooking class into a full dining experience.

  • Friendly competition: groups naturally start comparing pies, which creates organic energy and keeps even the least competitive guests engaged.
