Her sound baths are truly transformative—deeply relaxing, grounding, and unlike anything else I’ve experienced. She has an incredible gift for guiding people into peace and stillness. The shop itself is just as magical. Whether you’re into spirituality, yoga, Wicca, natural magic or exploring an alcohol-free lifestyle, Soul Cadence has something special waiting for you. The selection of books, tools, and wellness items is thoughtfully curated, high-quality, and full of intention. Most of all, you can tell how much heart she puts into everything she does. Soul Cadence is more than a store—it’s a sanctuary. I can’t recommend it enough!

I had the most incredible experience at this Soul Cadence sound bath. From the moment it began, I felt my whole body relax in a way I didn’t even realize I needed. The vibrations, tones, and calming energy created a space where I could truly let go. I left feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply restored. Highly recommend to anyone craving peace, grounding, or a little reset for the soul. Plus there were gravity chairs, I’ve always laid on the floor, this was a nice comfortable change for me!
