Best yoga class ever. We can’t stop talking about how fun this yoga was y’all. It’s not a just a typical class, it’s so much better. It’s a whole experience.

great class for a morning when we were all hungover and couldn’t even stand up. the instructor was so sweet. by the end of our class, we felt amazing. yoga is perfect activity after a long night on broadway.

We all loved this class so much. The instructor was inclusive and fun. We had to switch locations last minute and they were so nice and understanding. They came to our Airbnb with everything for class. It was super cool and great pics.

My girls set class up as a surprise and it was so perfect. The yoga class was anmazing and she brought lavender scented towels for the end of class. It was the most fun class we’ve ever taken. Great surprise!!

Abbey was so sweet. She brought everything up to the pool. She made class fun and easy to follow. Most of us had never done yoga, but she put everyone T ease. We recorded a time-lapse video and we look like professionals in it. Abbey is a pro.

Yoga on the rooftop with my favorite girls was a dream. I love yoga but I was so worried my bridesmaids wouldn’t like it. But they had so much fun. They’re obsessed and now want to book a pre wedding class.

We booked yoga last minute and it was the best event of our time in Nash. Our yoga class was so fun and so sweet. It was hot in Nashville that weekend so the cold lavender towels at the end of class were a treat. We all decided to book yoga with this place every trip to Nash.

Stretch, laugh, sip mimosas, it was the perfect Nashville bachelorette morning.

Fun yoga class!

This session was great. The toast w mimosas was our favorite. The bride even teared up. It was really sweet. This was probably best memory of our trip.

Our rooftop Bachelorette yoga class was part workout, part photo shoot, and all goooood vibes. Between the champagne sips and killer playlist, we found our inner peace. The bride-to-be nailed her balance pose, might’ve been the mimosa magic.

This class was the highlight of our day yesterday!! We did yoga by the pool. We all want to do another class with Abby next time we are here.

Abby was our teacher and we loved her. We want to take her to KY with us. She’s awesome.

My MOH surprised me with this yoga class in our unit. It was my fav part of the day. We woke up to Yoga and Champagne. She even put strawberries and blueberries in our glittery cups. The teacher was super fun and cute.

FANTASTIC class!

Tried a Bachelorette yoga class and discovered that downward dog is a lot harder when you’re giggling at your best friend in a tiara. Our instructor had the patience of a saint and 10/10 would recommend for bonding, bending, and burning off the booze.

This birthday yoga class by the pool was an unforgettable way to start the weekend celebration. Abby is so cute and has great energy!!!

WOW! Abbey was everything we needed for our girls weekend in Nashville. She came to our Airbnb ready to make our morning perfect. The class was adapted to fit our needs, with an age group ranging from 35-45, some had no experience, others had practiced in the past. She made us an awesome playlist based on our genre of music, brought all the mats to us and even snapped photos for us during our practice. Everyone loved her sweet demeanor and she paid us appropriate compliments during the class which increased our confidence. Abbey gets a 10/10 from our group!
