My cousin is the bride and she really wanted yoga during her bachelorette trip. I was worried some of the group wouldn’t be into it, but EVERYONE had fun. There was zero pressure to be good at yoga and we laughed through half the class. Such a great memory with my sister before her wedding. ❤️

We were moving a little slow that morning lol and this brought us back to life. 😂 We stretched, laughed a ton and left feeling SO much better than when we started.

We had such a wonderful experience with Namaste Nashville! From booking to the actual class, everything was easy and organized. Our instructor arrived early, brought all of the equipment, and immediately made everyone feel comfortable. I especially appreciated that she gave modifications because we had a couple experienced yogis and several complete beginners. It felt personalized to our group instead of like a generic yoga class. The bride absolutely loved it. I would recommend them to any group coming to Nashville for a girls weekend or bachelorette party.

We booked Namaste Nashville for my sister’s bachelorette weekend and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. We had 8 girls with completely different fitness levels, and somehow the class worked for everyone. It was upbeat and fun without feeling like a workout class, but we still got a great stretch. Our instructor took pictures for us afterward too which was so sweet. One of the highlights of our Nashville trip!

We wanted to plan something for our bachelorette weekend that didn’t revolve around drinking, and this ended up being exactly what we were looking for. It was relaxing but still really fun and gave our group a chance to reset after a busy weekend. Even the girls who had never tried yoga before enjoyed themselves. Such a memorable experience!

Not gonna lie, I got dragged to this by the rest of the girls but I actually LOVED it. Super chill, not intimidating at all and so much fun.

Everything was easy from booking to the actual class, and our instructor was friendly, professional, and so much fun. There were several different experience levels in our group and she did a great job making the class enjoyable for everyone. Highly recommend!

I was a little nervous about doing yoga because I’m definitely not a “yoga person,” but I had the best time! The instructor made everyone feel comfortable regardless of experience level. It was such a fun way to start our day before heading out in Nashville. Would absolutely book again!

We all loved this class so much. The instructor was inclusive and fun. We had to switch locations last minute and they were so nice and understanding. They came to our Airbnb with everything for class. It was super cool and great pics.

My girls set class up as a surprise and it was so perfect. The yoga class was anmazing and she brought lavender scented towels for the end of class. It was the most fun class we’ve ever taken. Great surprise!!

Abbey was so sweet. She brought everything up to the pool. She made class fun and easy to follow. Most of us had never done yoga, but she put everyone T ease. We recorded a time-lapse video and we look like professionals in it. Abbey is a pro.
