Ryan and Shelby are amazing!! They run a breath work session so fluidly. Their style is unique and they make it so easy to be able to lean into the experience. They encompass breath work, sound healing, and reiki all in one class you won’t want to miss it! They traveled to my small home town in Colorado and created a beautiful session in the grass outside with nature.
