Wonderful hotel and wonderful room for our group of 7! We loved our stay - the suite itself was beautifully decorated and equipped - everything we could ask for! In a great area in the CBD, in close distance to uptown, Mid-City and of course downtown. I would highly recommend!

What a neat place to stay! So very glad we all had our own bedroom and bathroom and loved the rooftop patio! Unique set up and lots of area to spread out, as needed.

Great stay, coffee shop next door was good. Nick was super helpful and was very accommodating. We had a group of 7 and the place worked out perfectly. A short walk to most things, and really good restaurants nearby. We would stay here again.

We were in town for a wedding. This hotel was perfect to fit our entire party. Everyone had their own room. The unit was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Location was excellent and very walkable to many restaurants. Will definitely book again.

Stayed at this cutest loft for a girls trip. Location was convenient, great bedroom to bathroom ratio, cozy common area. Overall an excellent place to stay at for a group trip in New Orleans!

I highly recommend this space for anyone who wants to have the NOLA experience without being directly in the French Quarter. The place was beautiful and great for our large group with multiple bedrooms and bed options. The balcony really did give the New Orleans vibe and was a perfect way to relax between enjoying all the sights!

The location was an enchanting haven, perfect for gathering with friends and soaking in the vibrant atmosphere of the city over a leisurely long weekend. With its charming streets lined with cafes and shops, it was the ideal backdrop for laughter, good conversation, and unforgettable memories.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a group of us and we all found it very convenient and walkable without being right in the midst (noise) of the French Quarter! Very comfortable beds. Very responsive and accommodating host.

Lovely place in great area of New Orleans. We loved the old charm of the place. All the beds and linens were super comfy. Easy walk to plenty of restaurants and activities.

My friends and I stayed here during Mardis Gras, and we had a blast. The spot on Baronne was super pretty, clean, and spacious. Our favorite part of our stay was the beautiful balcony. I definitely recommend staying here or at any of the other properties Nick manages, as he was extremely helpful with any questions we had about the property and even random questions about New Orleans. Beats a hotel 100% of the time!

Having three full bathrooms made the stay so comfortable for our group. Location was great - we could easily walk to restaurants, an espresso shop, and a convenience store with a Starbucks. We had an awesome experience at this Airbnb! The place had everything you could possibly need and the beds were very comfortable! The unit was very quiet as well! It wasn’t until we were checking out that we realized there were other people staying in the building. I highly recommend this place and will book again!

Great location in New Orleans, walkable to French Quarter and restaurants, easy access to trolley. Kind of a peaceful neighborhood, a nice balcony, but close enough to walk to hotspots. Great trip.

What a fun weekend in New Orleans! Very easy to get to the French Quarter. Grocery store around the corner for quick supply run. Quiet in the evenings. Would definitely stay again if I visit NOLA again!

If you are looking for the comfort of historical New Orleans, this is the place!! It’s a great central spot to walk anywhere in downtown. The rooms were nice and the space was inviting.

Our stay was exceptional! Having a bathroom in each room was a huge plus for our group of 8 girls. The decor was absolutely amazing! We really enjoyed the rooftop patio! There’s so many places to sit and chill. There’s a washer and dryer and even a steamer! I was so pleasantly surprised to see a steamer because there’s usually only an iron but they had both. The building is very quiet. It was close to everything that we needed. We mostly took Uber but was able to walk to the Superdome. It was only a 15 min walk. There’s a grocery store only a block away. I’m so glad we stayed here. Will definitely book again when I travel with a group.

We had a great stay at Hotel Perle! The listing was exactly as described, and the location was fantastic.

What an amazing place to stay! We came for Mardi Gras and wanted some place right off the parade route! Nick’s place was perfect for home base. It’s modern but still has that NOLA flare. It’s walkable to anything in the city you’d want to see and enjoy!

Our stay at Hotel Perle was nothing short of magical! The place was beautiful and the staff very helpful in giving us recommendations. On top of that they hand delivered extra blankets as one of our guests was really cold due to it being one of the coldest months of the year. In unit laundry was very convenient and the beds were so comfy and big. We had a big group with several people over 6ft tall and they all slept comfortably which does not happen everytime we travel. Very grateful for the timely responses to our requests and how lovely this spot is! Hidden gem for sure! We also enjoyed the accessibility to sightseeing. The street car was super close and easy to use! And anytime we were outside of public transit hours we were able to uber or lyft around. One of our party had a rental car suv and we were able to park it on the premises just fine and was great for our costco run for groceries! 10 out of 10 we would love to stay there again!

Don’t think about it—just go ahead and book it! The place looks exactly like the pictures. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in at an Airbnb. The bathroom was super clean, and the backyard pool was definitely a whole vibe. Communication was great, and I’ll definitely be booking again!

This place was perfect for a girls' trip! Everything was clean and we easily felt comfortable in the home as well as the neighborhood. Nick was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. He even let us stay for an additional night at a reasonable price when our plane got cancelled. Awesome host and an awesome home! Definitely would stay again.

This place was perfect for our group of six! The home was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the couches were ideal for hanging out together. We had a wonderful seafood boil with Chef Will that made the stay even more memorable. The pool and heater were a great bonus, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Really interesting architecture, with the soaring atrium. Was very close to all of the activities we wanted to do in NOLA so we could walk. Really nice that every room has its own bathroom. Great stay.

Overall the Airbnb was great for our group of 14. Decently close to Bourbon / Frenchman (just a 20-25 min walk). Proximity to the grocery store was great! Beds were very comfy and having a bathroom in every room was awesome! Highly recommend for large groups.

My friends and I came to NOLA to celebrate turning 30 and Nick’s place was definitely the place to stay! The home itself was beautiful and was perfectly located for my group to get around. The pool was definitely a big plus considering it’s June in the south! Would recommend staying here to anyone it was amazing!

Excellent property and great location!

One of the few airbnbs I’ve stayed at where the actual space lived up to the pictures. Everyone having their own bathrooms, and the rooftop were great features. Close walk to the WWII museum and very reasonable walk to Bourbon St/Jackson Square.
