I don’t normally do a review let alone give 5 stars but this stay was one of my best ever. It’s right down town it was so much more comfortable than a hotel. It was immaculately clean and I would definitely recommend this Airbnb and look forward to returning again.

5 star rental located in vibrant Elliotborough neighborhood…walkable to great restaurants and nightlife. We loved our stay at this high-end Airbnb. The layout is well thought out and fixtures were beautiful. The kitchen was modern although we ate out most of the time! The accommodations are top notch and esthetically pleasing. The host was very communicative, helpful and friendly. We loved our stay here and would definitely use this rental again!

This stunning luxury vacation home was the perfect spot for our group getaway in Charleston! Located right in the heart of Historic Charleston, we were just steps away from all the best restaurants, shops, and nightlife . The home itself is beautifully designed and immaculately clean, with stylish decor and cozy touches that made us feel instantly relaxed. We spent countless hours unwinding on the private balcony, swapping stories and soaking up the Southern charm. The well equipped kitchen became the stage for our chaotic (but hilarious) cooking nights. Everything was spotless and well-organized, and check-in was a breeze thanks to the professional management. Without a doubt, we’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free stay in Charleston! Emerson Square is the best place to stay in Charleston!

Emerson Square is a great vacation home. It offers the perfect blend of Southern charm and modern elegance. The home is clean, beautiful, and filled with thoughtful touches. The kitchen has everything, which was helpful for breakfasts and lunches (with Charleston’s incredible food scene, we mostly ate out!). We were within walking distance to Downtown Charleston, including King Street shopping, art galleries, and some of the best restaurants. Don’t miss Xiao Bao Biscuit, The Ordinary, and Southbound! They are outstanding establishments. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

wow, very nice attention to detail on all decor and even the sheets thread count was as good as most lux hotels, needed more space as traveling with extended family and kids to see friends graduation, the location is fantastic walking distance to most anywhere in historic downtown Charleston, we liked the short walk to Fall Line Kitchen, 3 Girls on Spring Italian Cafe etc, this place was immaculately tidy, like new actually with private patio and chef kitchen - nice family friendly short term lux rental - would def stay again and wholeheartedly recommend!

Absolutely outstanding stay! This high-end luxury Airbnb truly delivers a five-star experience. Located within walking distance to downtown and historic Charleston, it’s the perfect spot for exploring everything the city has to offer. The property was immaculately clean and clearly professionally managed, with attention to every detail. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the private balcony/patio was a peaceful retreat—perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. This high-end Airbnb was hands-down the best place to stay in Charleston for our friend group’s reunion! It’s right in Downtown Charleston, so we could walk to bars and restaurants super easily. The house is beautifully designed, and the private balcony was awesome for late-night laughs. The well-equipped kitchen got a workout with our group cooking attempts, haha. Everything was immaculately clean, and the professionally managed vibe made it hassle-free. We all said we’d highly recommend this luxury short-term rental!

This place was perfect. If you are looking for a luxury short term rental right in Downtown Charleston, this is it. It is in the heart of the Charleston historic district, with a easy walking distance to King Street, restaurants, bars, and everything that makes Historic Charleston so special. The house itself is beautiful and felt like a true luxury vacation home. It is beautifully designed, incredibly clean, and had everything we needed. It felt like a high end Airbnb but with way more personality and charm. The kitchen was fully stocked and we loved relaxing on the private balcony or patio in the evenings.It is definitely an upscale accommodation, but still warm and welcoming. You can tell it is professionally managed because everything was smooth and easy. We came with a group of friends and it was perfect for groups, but it would also be family friendly or great for weddings or events. This is honestly the best place to stay in Charleston. It is better than a hotel by far. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay again the next time we are in town.

We had the absolute best time at Emerson Cottages! Our 5bd home had all the simple pleasures you want in a home with the added bonus of being in walking distance to some of the best restaurants and shopping Charleston is known for! The house comfortably slept our party of 10. Had great details throughout and beautiful bathrooms! We loved hanging out in the outdoor area in the evenings. If you’re looking for a well equipped home for a large group, central to everything…this is it!
