Welcome to our private and luxurious pet-friendly home, located in the heart of Los Angeles. The home is designed to perfection with a grand entrance, fireplaces in the living room and primary bedroom, and glass walls surrounding the floating staircase that has a dramatic chandelier for dramatic optics. The private driveway can fit two cars.
The home has a total of five bedrooms, with four queen beds and one king bed. Upstairs bedrooms have private bathrooms and 2 have balconies. The central AC and heating are powered by two systems. The entire home has a built-in water filtration system and reverse osmosis for drinking water via a separate spigot in the kitchen.
The backyard features a saltwater pool and Jacuzzi that can be heated on request for an additional fee of $100/day, a fire pit on the patio, a grill/BBQ, and a ping-pong table. You can stay connected with our free Wi-Fi and connect to the Sonos sound system via the Sonos app.

Take short stroll to 3rd street for yummy eateries and boutique shopping; walk 20 minutes east to The Grove & Original Farmer's market for shopping, eating, and movies; or take a short 15-minute drive to Beverly Hills to see the sites. The beach cities are 30 minutes west.

I honestly do not have one bad thing to say about this Airbnb. I felt so at home and so cared for. The place in general is spotless! So clean and so eye catching. The pool area is an absolute dream! What I loved is how quick an Uber ride was to a great location. This was for my sister’s bachelorette party and with 5 girls, we each had our own room and our own bathroom! Absolutely incredible! I felt like I was on cloud 9 the entire trip. Instructions were very detailed and super easy to understand. This made our stay super calm and relaxing. I will 100% be coming back to this Airbnb. I was so sad to leave it! I would say this place is a 12 out of 10 stars! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Fantastic 4 night stay with family. Fantastic home and very courteous and responsive hosts. Excellent location and fantastic 5 bedroom home with attached bath, lovely heated pool and spa, large living dining area. Stayed for 4 nights with family to attend our daughter's graduation at UCLA and loved our stay.

Yes, there is space in the driveway for 2 cars and plenty of free street parking. Be mindful of street cleaning & overnight restrictions. We have 2 additional parking passes for the street. There are in the cubby to the right as you enter and available for your use during your stay. Please be sure to return them as there's a $150 fee to replace if they are lost.

Yes, it is a saltwater pool and can be heated for an additional fee/day. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 12 hours to heat. Please keep in mind that you CANNOT heat the Pool and Spa simultaneously. You will find the remote for the pool/spa on the kitchen counter. When you have finished heating the pool or spa, please turn it off for efficiency and cost. It is very important that the pool not remain heated 24/7. Please also pay special attention to the safety rules.
