Discounted $50 Delivery Minimum - We're offering all Batch customers a discounted delivery minimum of $50.00. You can either book enough items to bring you up to the discounted delivery minimum or we can add a small delivery fee to your booking.
Refundable Security Deposit - A $50.00 security deposit is added to all of our bookings, regardless of the total cost. But we'll refund that to you as soon as we pick up the items and your booking is complete!
Sorry, No Rooftop Set-Up - Due to liability concerns, we're not able to carry items up to a rooftop level of a vacation rental. Our team can bring everything inside and carry up to the first level for you!

Frequently Asked Questions
How can I reserve tables, chairs and linens?
You can book online through our website. Add your selected items to checkout, mention BACH2026 in the special instructions and submit payment online. We'll reach out to you through email to confirm your booking and send a rental agreement. Once signed, you'll be good to go!
What if my requested delivery and pick up date/time are not available when I book online?
You can call, email or text us! We'll do our best to accommodate requested delivery and pick up times! We can also leave the items at a front door, garage, back porch or other safe area at the delivery address if you are not available to receive the items.
Will I receive my security deposit back?
A $50.00 security deposit is added to all of our bookings, regardless of the total cost. But we'll refund that to you as soon as we pick up the items and your booking is complete! Depending on your bank, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear back to your card.
