Most sessions are 60 minutes, but custom timing can be arranged to fit your group’s schedule.

How many people can join?

Group sizes can range from small, intimate gatherings to larger groups of 20+. We’ll work with you to create the best setup.

What should we wear or bring?

Comfortable clothing is best. We provide all props, so your group doesn’t need to bring anything unless they prefer their own yoga mat or blanket.

Can this be done outdoors?

Yes, as long as the weather permits and the space is quiet and comfortable. We also require access to power if outdoor amplification is requested.

Do you offer customization for special occasions?

Absolutely. We can tailor the music, essential oils, and flow of the session to honor birthdays, bachelorettes, or any special event.
