About this Experience

What you'll do:

We bring a tournament-grade golf simulator straight to your Airbnb, rental house, backyard, or event space — no tee time, no dress code, and nobody has to leave the party. Every booking includes the simulator, impact screen, hitting mats, and premium rental clubs, plus full setup and teardown. You don't lift a finger; you just show up and swing.

There are two ways to book it. Our two-hour staffed package starts at $500 and comes with an on-site host who runs the entire thing — famous courses, closest-to-the-pin, longest drive, bracket scrambles, and a live leaderboard so the trash talk has receipts. Our 24-hour unstaffed rental is a flat $1,000, which means the sim is yours for the whole day and night. Setup, breakdown, and removal are included, and the group plays whenever the mood strikes — before you go out, when you get back, and again over coffee the next morning.

Want a bar with it? Our mobile bar cart runs $150 per hour, and you're welcome to bring your own liquor — we'll pour up to four of your selections. Prefer we stock it? Add a 24-pack of domestics for $40 or premiums for $50, a domestic keg for $250, or an import/premium keg for $300. You can also go all-you-can-drink at $50 per person: pick two from the Brunch Flight (Bloody Mary, Mimosa, Screwdriver) or two from the Clubhouse (Cape Cod, Green Tea, White Tea, Water Hazard).

Setup is simpler than most people expect. We need roughly a 14' × 12' footprint with 9–10' of ceiling clearance, and we can go indoors or outdoors. If your place doesn't have power where you want the sim, tell us on the quote form and we'll bring a quiet power solution so it runs flawlessly anywhere.

Why we love it for your party:

A Scottsdale bachelorette weekend usually means a group chat full of reservation times, a driver, a cover charge, and a tab that stings before anyone's actually had fun. This flips that. The party stays at the house — your music, your drinks, your people, and nothing that starts at 7:15 sharp whether you're ready or not. It fills the stretch of the weekend that's hardest to plan: the long afternoon before dinner, or the back half of the night when nobody wants another bar but nobody wants to go to bed either.

It also works for people who don't golf, which is most of any bachelorette party. Our host runs games built for first-timers, and the loudest person by the end of the night is almost always the one who has never held a club. It's competitive without being intimidating, everyone's in it at the same time, and it gives the group something to do together instead of just standing around a kitchen island.

And it photographs beautifully. A lit-up simulator in a backyard at golden hour, the bride in a veil ripping a drive down a famous fairway, a leaderboard with everyone's nicknames on it — that's the content the group chat replays for years. As one of our brides put it: "I don't golf. Neither does half my bridal party. We were on it all night."

About this experience partner:

Stinger's Mobile is the mobile arm of Stingers Golf Club in Chandler, Arizona. We're veteran-owned and fully insured, and we built the whole operation around one idea: the simulator should come to you, not the other way around.

We're based in Chandler and serve all of Arizona — the entire Phoenix metro, Scottsdale very much included, and farther out for larger events. We've run sims at corporate events, weddings, birthdays, charity galas, country club mixers, holiday parties, brand activations, and plenty of bachelor and bachelorette weekends. The feedback is consistent across all of them: guests stay longer, play harder, and have more fun than they expected to.

Because we host events for a living rather than just dropping off equipment, we plan around your day instead of handing you a manual. Tell us your headcount, your space, and roughly how the weekend is shaped, and we'll build the package around it.

Additional information:

Space and power. A single setup needs about a 14' × 12' footprint with 9–10' of ceiling clearance. Indoor or outdoor both work. No power at your venue? We'll bring a quiet power solution — just flag it when you request your quote.

Booking. Send us your date and we'll confirm availability by phone within one business hour. Weekends and the holiday season book up first, so the earlier you reach out, the better your odds on a prime Saturday.

Service area and travel. All of Arizona. Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Tempe, and the rest of the metro are routine. Traveling farther for a bigger event is usually doable — just ask.

Pricing. Simulator rates start at $500 for two hours staffed and $1,000 for a flat 24 hours unstaffed. Final pricing depends on headcount, duration, location, and travel distance. Bar cart, beer, kegs, and cocktail packages are priced separately and can be added to any booking.

Alcohol. All guests consuming alcohol must be 21 or older with valid ID. You're welcome to provide your own liquor for the bar cart — up to four selections. Beer, keg, and cocktail selections rotate, so ask us for current availability when you book.
