About this experience partner:

Music City Weekend Co. is a Nashville-based experience partner specializing in guest-ready amenities for group celebrations! We work with bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, reunions, and all other Nashville travelers who want their stays to be fun, intentional, and fully set up the moment they arrive!

Our team handles delivery, professional staging, and pick up so groups can focus on celebrating instead of coordinating logistics! Every setup is designed to be easy, photo-worthy, and actually used throughout the weekend!

Additional information:

  • A 50% down payment and refundable security deposit equivalent to 25% of the total rental value are required to secure your reservation.

  • The remaining balance will be charged to the card on file seven (7) days prior to the rental start date. If the charge is declined and the balance is not resolved within one (1) day of the rental start date, the order will be cancelled and the down payment and security deposit will be forfeited.

  • A signed Client Service Agreement is required prior to the rental start date. If the Client Service Agreement is not signed within one (1) day of the rental start date, the order will be cancelled and the down payment and security deposit will be forfeited.

  • Rentals including alcohol services require an additional waiver to be signed and a valid 21+ ID to be verified prior to your rental start date. If the waiver is not signed and/or the valid 21+ ID is not submitted for verification within one (1) day of the rental start date, the order will be cancelled and the down payment and security deposit will be forfeited.

  • Rentals including cold plunge, sauna, hot tub, or steam room equipment require an additional waiver to be signed prior to the rental start date. If the waiver is not signed within one (1) day of the rental start date, the order will be cancelled and the down payment and security deposit will be forfeited.

  • Certain amenities may be restricted by property rules and require approval from property ownership or management prior to your rental start date.

  • Certain amenities are subject to space, layout, and seasonal limitations.

  • Delivery and pickup occur on a scheduled timeline and require property access. Failure to provide access at the scheduled time may result in additional fees or order cancellation including forfeiture of down payment and security deposit.

  • Some rentals include items billed separately. These will be charged to the payment method on file within seven (7) days of the rental end date.

  • All rentals are subject to the terms and conditions stated in Music City Weekend Co., LLC's client service agreement, waivers, and policies.

What is Music City Weekend Co.?

MCW Co. is an event and party rental company focused on providing the ultimate Nashville experience! We deliver, set up, and pick up premium amenity rentals and add-ons with a focus on serving guests of short-term rentals (Airbnbs, VRBOs, etc.) and hotels. Our team coordinates all logistics and communication to make the experience as easy as possible for everyone involved. Amenities are delivered and set up prior to guests' arrival and retrieved following their departure. Outside of serving Nashville visitors, we also rent to local party-throwers, event planners, and other businesses and can flex our operations to meet their needs!

How does pricing work?

Flat-rate pricing — no surprises! Whether you're booking for a single night or an extra long weekend, the price stays the same. The only exception is if your rental spans more than one weekend, in which case an additional fee applies. Have a unique situation or aren’t renting for a Nashville weekend trip? How does delivery, setup, and pickup work?

We handle everything — you don't have to lift a finger! Our team delivers and sets up before your rental begins, typically on Thursday or Friday, and returns Monday to break everything down and haul it away. No mid-stay coordination, no interruptions, just a seamless experience from start to finish! For non-weekend rentals or events, we'll work out a schedule that fits your timeline.

How long are amenities available for per-rental?

Amenities are available for the entire duration of your stay or event — not by the hour or the day! For shorter or weekday rentals, the same flat-rate applies. We don't typically offer partial-day rentals or same-day delivery and pick up, but if you have an unusual situation, reach out and we'll see what we can do!

What types of amenities do you offer?

What if my Airbnb or hotel doesn't allow the amenity I rented?

It's extremely rare, but if an Airbnb host or hotel manager won't allow your amenity, we'll fully refund your order — security deposit included. Either way, we handle all communication with your host or property directly, so you never have to deal with that yourself. We also have established relationships with most major property management companies and hotel groups in Nashville, so they already know who we are.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 3 months in advance for weekends during peak season (March-October), and at least 6 months in advance for peak holidays (July 4th, New Year's Eve, etc.). To confirm availability, visit our shop and input your dates. For urgent requests, please contact us directly!

What areas of Nashville do you serve?

Our service area encompasses the entire city of Nashville and Davidson County, plus parts of neighboring Williamson, Rutherford, Wilson, Sumner, Robertson, and Cheatham counties. Our warehouse is centrally located, putting us within easy reach of Downtown, The Gulch, Midtown, Wedgewood-Houston, 12 South, Germantown, Sylvan Park, The Nations, East Nashville, and everywhere in between!

Can amenities be used indoors and outdoors?

It depends on the amenity, space, and season! We confirm placement details in advance to ensure proper access, spacing, and power requirements (if needed). Property owners and managers have final say over which amenities are permitted at their properties and where they can be placed and used.

Are amenities safe for guests and properties?

Yes! All amenities are cleaned, inspected, and set up with clear instructions to ensure safe and enjoyable use. We maintain comprehensive general liability, host liquor liability, hired and non-owned auto, and commercial property insurance. A copy of our Certificate of Insurance is available upon request, and hotels, venues, property management companies, and other business entities may be added to our policy as additional insureds. Contact us for details! Certain amenities may require additional steps and forms beyond our standard client service agreement prior to delivery. Music City Weekend Co., LLC and its affiliates do not open, mix, or serve alcohol in any capacity.

Are your services for short-term rental/hotel guests or owners/managers?

Yes! We love renting to local party-throwers, event planners, and other businesses. Don't be put off by all the Airbnb/hotel marketing language — we're still an event and party rental company at the end of the day! We'll make sure our offerings and operations are tailored to your needs.
