Henna is a professional makeup artist. She built her classes around one belief: a live, hands-on lesson beats an endless scroll of tutorials. Her sessions are personal and fun, and they’re built to help women finally master their own routines.
Additional information:
Age limit: None. Guests of all ages are welcome.
Allergies and skin sensitivities: Please share any allergies or skin sensitivities when you request a quote so Henna can plan products ahead of time.
Hygiene: Guests are welcome to use their own makeup. When products from Henna’s kit are used, nothing goes directly from the product to the face. Every product is portioned onto a sanitized palette first.
Cancellation policy: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice, and any amount paid beyond the deposit will be refunded.

Do we need any makeup experience?
No. The class works for every level.
Do we bring our own makeup?
You’re welcome to bring your own, or we can provide products and brushes as well just let us know in advance.
Where does the class take place?
We come to you. Classes can happen at your hotel suite, Airbnb, home, or any comfortable spot where your group can sit together and get glam. Ideally that’s a space with a table, seating for everyone, and good lighting. Not sure if your space will work? Just mention it in your quote request.
How many people can join?
Classes are for groups of 3–8. Planning for more? Mention it in your quote request so we can plan the best setup for your whole group.
Can the bride or birthday guest get extra attention?
Yes! The guest of honor can add a personal makeup shopping trip, a brand-new brush set, or a goodie bag of makeup treats. These are add-ons priced separately.

What if someone has sensitive skin or allergies?
Let us know when you request a quote, especially allergies to ingredients like aloe, nuts, or certain oils. Guests with sensitive skin may prefer to use their own makeup, and all brushes and tools are kept clean.
Can we bring drinks or snacks?
Absolutely! Just pace yourselves, because you’ll want to stay focused enough to learn and remember the techniques.
What areas do you serve?
We travel to groups in Washington, DC, and the surrounding area, including Baltimore, Annapolis, and Alexandria. Pricing depends on group size, materials, and distance.
Can we add decorations to make it feel like a party?
Yes! We can set up balloons, table linens, and other party touches to match your celebration. Décor is priced separately, so just mention it in your quote request.
