Learn the Basics - Your instructor walks you through aerial yoga fundamentals in the silk hammocks, so no prior experience is needed.
Move Through a Guided Flow - Stretch, invert, and play in the silks at a pace that matches your group's energy and comfort level.

endlessOM Yoga & Aerial is a woman-owned studio in Washington, DC, and the city's only dedicated aerial yoga space. The newly renovated, sunlit studio is designed to feel like a break from the city rather than a typical fitness space. Guests return for the personalized attention and the range of sessions built for every stage of a yoga practice.
Additional information:
Group Size - The Basic Party Package covers up to 10 guests, with additional participants at $26 per person, up to a maximum of 16 silks.
Available Time Slots - Fridays at 10 am or 1 pm, Saturdays at 2 pm or 5 pm, Sundays at 2 pm or 5 pm.
Deposit Policy - A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due 24 hours before the event.
Add-On Options - Extend your session by 30 minutes with a crystal sound bowl experience ($55), lobby space rental for decorating and refreshments ($95), or a 10-person champagne toast ($122, must be 21+).

Frequently Asked Questions
Where is the studio located?
We’re located at the corner of 9th and U St NW, across from Nellie’s Sports Bar and around the corner from The 9:30 Club. The studio is also just one block from the U St Metro, which serves the Green and Yellow lines.
Is there parking?
We do not have reserved studio parking. There is an alley directly to the left of the building that can be used for temporary loading and unloading. Metered street parking is available on U St and surrounding side streets. We highly recommend taking an Uber/Lyft or using public transportation.
How long is the class?
Your instructor will begin once the majority of your group has arrived. The class is approximately 75 minutes, with plenty of time for photos and videos!
Can we decorate or bring food and drinks into the studio?
Decorations, food, and drinks are not permitted in the studio rooms, with the exception of water and tea. You can add a Lobby Rental to your package, which includes an additional 30 minutes of rental time. We recommend serving food and drinks after class.
If we rent the lobby, can we arrive early to decorate?
Unfortunately, no. Saturday and Sunday rental windows begin after all public classes have ended and the studio has been cleared. Friday morning rentals begin right at opening. If you need time to set up, we recommend asking your guests to arrive 15 to 20 minutes after your rental window begins so you have time to prepare.

What color are the aerial silks and yoga mats? Can we request specific colors?
Our aerial silks are green, and our yoga mats are blue and/or green to complement the studio. We’re unable to accommodate custom silk or mat color requests.
What should we wear to class?
Wear comfortable workout clothes that allow you to move freely and feel comfortable going upside down. Leggings are recommended over shorts or sweatpants. Socks are optional. Please remove bracelets, watches, and other heavy jewelry before class.
Can we film during our class?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to take photos and videos during class. When you post, be sure to tag us @endlessomyoga.
