Is the lagoon truly private?
Yes! When you book "The Takeover," the entire indoor lagoon area is closed to the public. It is exclusively for your group up to 8–10 guests for the duration of your reservation.
How do we qualify for the 3rd hour for free?
It’s our "Power Move" for groups of 6 or more! If every single person in your party (minimum 6) selects at least one spa add-on service (Manicure, Pedicure, Facial, or Massage), your 2-hour session is automatically extended to 3 hours at no extra base cost.
Can we bring our own music?
To maintain the high-end sanctuary vibe of the spa, we provide a curated, upbeat signature soundscape. It’s designed to keep the energy high and the conversation flowing without disrupting the professional spa environment.
What is the drink policy?
Each guest receives one complimentary signature drink to enjoy during their lagoon experience. To ensure a safe and relaxing environment for everyone receiving spa treatments, we limit service to one drink per person.
What should we bring?
Just your favorite swimwear! We provide luxury towels, comfortable robes for your spa treatments, and locker space for your belongings.

Are the spa treatments done right by the water?
To ensure you receive the highest quality professional care, we have dedicated, high-end spa stations set up. While a treatment may briefly step you away from the water for about 30 minutes. Once your expert service is complete, you’ll head right back to the lagoon to continue the celebration! This balance allows us to provide a "best-of-both-worlds" experience: a lively group social combined with a focused, top-tier spa treatment.
