What you'll do:

Experience Yoga with cute kitty’s to brighten your experience!

When you arrive, there will be 15 minutes of Kitty play followed by 1 hour of a Hatha/Yin Yoga flow, staying in the poses for 1minute+ to promote balance and restoration, and ending with an additional 15 minutes of Kitty play.

Hatha also includes, Breathwork (pranayam), and meditation (dhyana). Yin yoga is a slower practice that targets deep connective tissues like fascia and ligaments. Holding some postures longer than others for a blend of mobility and restoration, holds many benefits such as:

• Increases mobility and range of motion

• Improves posture and sense of balance

• Relaxes the nerves and reduces tension

• Hydrates fascia

• Builds patience

• Improves the sense of energy and vitality

• Reduces anxiety and stress

• Fosters control over difficult emotions

• Enhances mental focus, clarity & concentration

• Promotes a sense of inner peace and wellness

About this experience partner:

Faith cultivated her knowledge of Sound Journeys in Kathmandu, Nepal, getting her Certification at the Lotus Meditation Center. The Certification includes, Group Sound Healing, Singing Bowl Massages, Chakra Therapy and Tibetan Style Relaxation Therapy using Brass Sound Bowls, Tingshas, Chimes, Gongs, Drums,

etc.

Training in yoga, pranayama & meditation with Gurus at the Triguna Ashram in Rishikesh, India, she uses their wisdom in her ceremonies to encourage emotional, mental and spiritual bliss.

She focuses mainly on the Eastern Philosophy teachings of mindfulness, clarity and consciousness; using meditation, song and chanting in her ceremonies. Utilizing theories from psychology and neuroscience, she establishes a therapeutic energy, fostering a safe and supportive environment for expression.
