I provide complete setup, teardown, and 2 hours of on-site guidance as your certified honey sommelier and beekeeper. Starting at $12 per person, your guests will discover 4-5 premium honey varieties, paired with curated selections, along with educational insights about these incredible pollinators. I'm Belinda, an NYC beekeeper and certified honey sommelier (think wine sommelier, but for honey!) who creates unforgettable tasting experiences. With curated honey varieties, gourmet pairings, themed activities, and custom favors available, my experiences are perfect for girls' nights, birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, baby showers, bridal parties, corporate team building, or just for fun!

40 guests minimum (I can accommodate up to 100).

How much space do you need for setup?
I need approximately 6-8 feet of table space (I can provide the table if needed) with access to power for lighting. The setup works well indoors or outdoors with weather protection.
How far in advance should we book?
I recommend booking 3-4 weeks in advance for private events and 6-8 weeks for corporate events to ensure availability.
What's included in the base price?
Everything needed for an amazing honey tasting experience! This includes all honey varieties, curated pairings, serving materials, educational materials, setup, breakdown, and 2 hours of on-site sommelier guidance. Travel and premium add-ons are quoted separately.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely! I can work around allergies and dietary needs including gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free options. Just let me know when booking.
What if we have fewer than 40 guests?
I'm happy to discuss smaller events on a case-by-case basis. Feel free to reach out and we can explore options.

Do you travel outside of NYC?
Yes! I serve the tri-state area. Travel fees may apply for locations outside NYC depending on distance.
What types of honey will guests taste?
I curate a selection of 4-5 premium varieties that might include wildflower, clover, orange blossom, buckwheat, or seasonal specialties. Each comes with tasting notes and origin stories.
Can guests take honey home?
Custom honey favors can be added to your package! I offer small jars of artisanal honey as take-home gifts for an additional cost.
What's your cancellation policy?
I require a 50% deposit to secure your date, with the balance due 7 days before your event. Cancellations more than 2 weeks out receive a full refund minus processing fees.
