Frequently Asked Questions
How does booking work?
After filling out our inquiry form, you can expect a response from our team within 24-48 hours. We'll help you choose which collection is right for your party, and get a client portal set up for you. A non-refundable retainer that's 20% of your total is due upon booking to reserve your date, and the remaining amount is due the day of your session. You'll receive an invoice and contract in your booking portal as well, and we accept all major credit/debit card carries, Apple Pay, and bank transfers.
How many people can be in our party?
We offer a variety of packages that accommodate between 4-10 people. We know that the smaller collections may be better suited for certain situations even if you exceed the limit of persons allowed. Extra party members can be added on at $50/per person. You'll also receive 10 more images in your gallery for each extra person you add.
What is the typical timeline for receiving our photos?
Most galleries will be delivered within the 2-3 week timeframe. This allows us to spend time ensuring quality of your photos and curate your final gallery to perfection. Please note that we do not give out RAW photos, edit weight or "double chins" off, or send unedited images of any kind. Complimentary skin softening and teeth whitening is included in all collections. Your edited photos will be delivered in digital format, in a high-resolution online gallery that's password protected.
Since these are paparazzi photos, do you take them at night?
Yes! These photos are meant to be taken when the sun goes down and you're glammed up. We recommend booking your session right before you're ready to start the fun night-out of partying. This is a great way to pregame, give everyone a reason to dress up, and start the evening of debauchery.
