• Take your first breath underwater! You'll descend and pull your first breath from a tank, a moment that surprises almost everyone and tends to be the part people remember most.

• Dive at your group's pace! There's no crowded class schedule to follow; the session moves at the speed that works for your group so everyone gets real time in the water.

• Practice real diver techniques! You'll work on basic buoyancy and movement, the same skills working divers use, not just paddling around in the shallow end.
