Charles "Chuck" Loescher spent 21 years with the New Orleans Police Department before channeling that same dedication into building Chuck's on the Avenue, a pair of St. Charles Avenue locations at 2025 and 7133 that operate as far more than liquor stores. Chuck built his tasting rooms around the idea that a great drink selection and concierge-level service belong together, and added a fully functioning wedding chapel to the mix because in New Orleans, a celebration should never have a ceiling.
