How many people can we bring?
Our private classes can host up to 10 participants. Have a bigger or smaller group? No problem — we’ll tailor the workout to your crew.
Do we need to be “in shape” to participate?
Not at all! Our sessions are designed for all fitness levels, from first-timers to seasoned athletes. Coaches will provide modifications so everyone feels comfortable and challenged.
What should we wear and bring?
Wear comfortable workout clothes, sneakers, and bring a water bottle. We provide everything else — including the sweat!
How long is the class?
Each private session is about 50 minutes including warm-up and cooldown. We can adjust slightly if needed for your schedule.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time, especially for weekends.
