Alcohol must be provided by the client.
Minimum 2-hour service per event; additional hours available.
Travel included up to 60 miles round-trip; additional travel can be arranged.
Additional bartenders recommended for parties over 75 guests.
Events are charged by the hour + per person based on package choice - follow up for an accurate price quote

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you provide alcohol?
No, due to Washington state laws we do not carry a liquor license. Therefore making us a dry hire bar, which means the client has to provide the alcohol. This ultimately saves you $$ on any alcohol markup if you were to choose a service that did provide the alcohol. (Plus you get to keep all remaining alcohol) And don’t worry we have you covered when it comes to a shopping list for your event
Do you require a deposit?
We require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee to book our mobile bar and services. The final payment is due 14 days prior to your event date!
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand life happens, and you may need to cancel. We will do our best to reschedule you if desired. Unfortunately, retainer fees are non-refundable.
Do you have insurance? Are you licensed? What about permits?
We carry general liability and liquor liability insurance. We are also M.A.S.T certified and hold food handlers permits. We are happy to provide copies of our policy upon request. It is the clients responsibility to secure any permits needed for the event.
What if I don't want alcohol?
Not a problem! Our packages are fully customizable, meaning we will work with you to create the perfect non-alcoholic drink menu that will please your guests. From craft mocktails to a dirty soda bar. We can do just about anything you’d desire, just ask!

What is the set up process?
Our trailer requires enough room to pull through, turn around, and park, as well as a parking spot for our truck that tows the trailer. We need to have access to flat ground for serving and a 5-8ft radius around our trailer for us to open our doors. The set up location must be within 100ft of an electrical outlet as our trailer does need power to operate. We do have a generator available for rent if there is no access to power, additional fee will apply.
What type of events are you able to do?
We can operate at any private event, such as weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, bachelor/bachelorette parties, corporate events, open houses, branding events, fundraisers, funerals, holiday events, corporate, etc; Please reach out with any event inquiry and we will do our best to accommodate.
Can you operate as a cash bar?
Unfortunately, due to state laws, we do not hold a liquor license, therefore we cannot legally sell alcohol out of our trailer and all alcohol must be purchased and provided by the client.
