About this Experience
What you'll do:
Board a floating tiki bar and spend two hours cruising the protected waters of Marina del Rey while your crew drinks, dances, and actually relaxes for once. You control the playlist through the onboard Bluetooth system, the captain handles navigation, and the scenery takes care of the rest. Want to add something nobody will stop talking about? Book the optional live magic show for moments that will genuinely make your group lose it mid-drink.
BYOB and coolers welcome: bring whatever drinks and snacks your crew loves, and the onboard coolers will keep everything cold for the full cruise.
Optional professional bartender: add a skilled bartender to handle the pouring so everyone stays in the party instead of playing host.
Optional live magic show: a professional magician performs close-up and stage-style illusions designed specifically for groups, and the reactions are half the entertainment.
Private 2-hour harbor cruise: the boat is yours for the entire time, no strangers, no shared itinerary, just your group and the water.
Onboard bathroom: a flushing bathroom is on deck, which matters more than people admit when booking a two-hour cruise.
Your group boards at a convenient Marina del Rey location, and everything is set up before you arrive. Whether you are celebrating a bachelorette party, a birthday, or a group trip, this is a boat party that does not need a lot of explanation once people get on board.
Why we love it for your group:
Capacity for up to 18 guests: few private party boats in Los Angeles hold groups this large at this price point, which makes it a rare option for big celebrations.
Tropical setup from the moment you board: the tiki bar aesthetic, open-air deck, and harbor views create the kind of atmosphere most groups spend a lot more to find.
Customizable add-ons: between the optional magic show, professional bartender, and cocktail packages, the experience can be built around what your group actually wants.
Coast Guard-licensed captain and deckhand on every cruise: both are there to keep things safe and make things easy, not just to drive the boat.
Insta-worthy from every angle: the setup photographs well, and the Marina del Rey backdrop gives you something to post before you even pick up a drink.
About this experience partner:

Frequently Asked Questions
How many people can go on the boat?
18 People Maximum due to US Coast Guard regulations.
Is there a bathroom on board?
Yes! We have a flushing toilet on the boat.
Where does the cruise go?
The Tiki Boat stays within the protected waters of Marina Del Rey Harbor.
Will I get sea sick?
The Tiki Boat is a pontoon catamaran which makes for a very stable surface so we don't experience much rocking and rolling like other boats might. Also, we stay within the calm, protected waters of Marina Del Rey so the water is always flat. While we can't guarantee anything, the chances of anyone getting sea sick are very low.
Do you serve alcohol on the boat?
The boat is BYOB, BUT we have an amazing cocktail mixer package that you can add to your experience. We've created several bespoke, non-alcoholic mixers that use real fruit juice and homemade syrups for drinks like Mai Tai, Piña Colada, and Margarita. These mixers are also great to enjoy as mocktails! With this package we will provide the mixers, glassware, ice, garnish, and a bartender so you can enjoy a craft tiki cocktail experience while on board. You bring the booze, we provide everything else!
