Planning a wedding can be INTENSE, and sometimes you just have to get it all out ahead of the big day. HIIT the ground running and get ready to play with this BATCH-tailored private workout class!

What you’ll do: Make your bachelorette a unique experience with a personal workout to sweat out the night before and prepare the party for what may be ahead in the day! Every bachelorette workout I have done has been a HIIT. Each exercise has modifications to make it harder or easier depending on how you are feeling. It may be hard to rally for it on a bachelorette weekend, but everybody is always happy and feeling better after. I typically do a 45-minute full-body bodyweight workout with a focus on the lower body and core. I always bring energy and music too!
