Additional information:

• Riders can expect to get wet so please do not bring anything you are not prepared to lose

• Recommended to have phones in waterproof cases, which can be purchased at the ticket booth prior to your ride

• Footwear is required to board the boat

• No outside food or drink is allowed on the boat (water is available for purchase at the check-in desk)

• MUST ARRIVE 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO DEPARTURE (the boarding process will begin at least 15 minutes prior to departure). If you miss the boat, you must purchase additional tickets to go on another trip.

• No refunds or credits issued for missing the boat

• Weight/height regulations: this boat is most similar to rollercoaster seating: two seats on each side of the boat with a small aisle down the middle, because of this, ALL RIDERS MUST BE 42" or taller and limited to a weight of 300lbs or less for each rider
