What you'll do:
Board your private yacht for a four-hour Tulum yacht party along the turquoise coastline of the Riviera Maya, cruising straight to InHa Reef where the water turns glass-clear.
Cruise the coastline - Set out from the marina and take in Riviera Maya views as your captain heads for InHa Reef.
Snorkel InHa Reef - Jump into the water with gear and guidance from your crew to explore the reef up close.
Paddleboard or float - Grab a paddleboard or stretch out on the floating water mat while you soak up the sun.

What is included in the experience?

Yes. The yacht is reserved exclusively for your group and is not shared with other guests.
Is this experience suitable for children?
Yes. H2OH welcomes guests of all ages. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, and life jackets are available.
Do we need previous snorkeling experience?
No. Beginners are welcome. Our crew will provide equipment, safety instructions, and guidance. Guests who do not wish to snorkel may stay onboard, swim, paddleboard, or relax.

What food is included?
The standard menu includes fire roasted grilled chicken, guacamole, salsa, beans, rice, tortillas, and chips.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
Please notify us in advance of any dietary restrictions or food allergies. Alternative options may be available depending on the request and advance notice.
Are towels included?
Towels are available for an additional charge. Guests are also welcome to bring their own.
What should we bring?
We recommend bringing swimwear, reef-safe sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, a towel, a phone or camera, and a valid form of identification.
What should we wear?
Wear comfortable clothing over your swimwear and shoes that are easy to remove. Shoes will need to be removed before boarding.
Is there an additional marina fee?
Yes. A $20 USD per-person marina and dock fee is collected separately before departure.
Where does the yacht depart from?
The charter departs from The Grand Marina in the Riviera Maya. Detailed arrival instructions and the exact meeting location will be provided after booking.
How early should we arrive?
Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled departure to complete check-in and receive safety instructions.
Is transportation included?
Transportation is not automatically included with this experience but may be arranged for an additional charge. Please request transportation in advance.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Light rain does not automatically cancel the charter. If the Port Captain closes the port or conditions are considered unsafe, H2OH will explain the available rescheduling, credit, or refund options according to the circumstances.
Can we bring decorations?
Yes, some decorations may be permitted with advance approval. Please contact us before the charter. Confetti, glitter, and other items that may enter the ocean are not allowed.
Is gratuity included?
Crew gratuity is not included. Tips are optional but greatly appreciated for excellent service.
Are there restrooms onboard?
Yes. The yachts have an onboard restroom for guest use. Please do not throw paper products in the toilets.
