About this Experience

What you'll do:

Get your hands dirty and create something truly unique in a fun, relaxed pottery experience. After a brief introduction and demonstration from professional potter Amy Manson, you'll learn basic clay techniques and create your own handmade pottery piece. Depending on the experience you book, you may try the pottery wheel, hand-build functional pottery, or create a seasonal project.

No experience is necessary—this experience is designed for complete beginners and curious creatives alike. Along the way, you'll enjoy plenty of encouragement, laughter, and the satisfaction of making something with your own hands.

After your workshop, your piece will be professionally glazed and kiln-fired. It will be ready for pickup or shipping approximately 3–4 weeks later, giving you a lasting reminder of your time in the Pocono Mountains.

Why we love it for your party:

Pottery is the perfect way to bring people together. Unlike typical party activities, everyone gets to relax, laugh, create, and leave with a handmade keepsake they'll actually treasure. Our workshops are beginner-friendly, interactive, and naturally spark conversation, making them ideal for bachelorette parties, birthdays, girls' weekends, team-building events, and family celebrations. No artistic experience is required—just a willingness to have fun and try something new. The result is a memorable shared experience that's creative, meaningful, and completely different from a night out at a bar or restaurant.
