What you'll do:

Step behind the wheel and discover the magic of clay! This hands-on pottery wheel experience is designed for complete beginners and is one of the most fun and memorable activities you can do with a group.

With guidance from professional potter Amy Manson, you'll learn the fundamentals of wheel throwing, including centering clay, opening forms, and shaping a bowl or vessel on the wheel. Don't worry if you've never touched clay before—everyone starts somewhere, and laughter is part of the process.

Each participant will create several pieces and select their favorite to be glazed and kiln-fired by our studio. Your finished pottery will be ready for pickup or shipping approximately 3–4 weeks after the workshop.

No experience required. All materials, instruction, glazing, and firing are included.
