This half-day Surf + Yoga retreat blends movement, mindfulness, and ocean energy into one unforgettable experience. Whether you're a total beginner or a seasoned surfer-yogi, Kristina and Nick guide you every step of the way.

You’ll start with a beachside yoga flow (a blend of vinyasa + yin), using surfboards as your mats to build breath control, balance, and mobility — all designed to directly translate into the water. Then it’s time to paddle out for personalized surf coaching where you’ll learn the fundamentals or level up your skills with hands-on instruction.

Everything is taken care of — just show up ready to move, breathe, and ride.

Each experience includes:

• Guided yoga practice (vinyasa + yin fusion)

• Surf instruction + coaching for all levels and ages

• All equipment provided

• Towels

• Refreshments + snacks
