Let The Balanced Babes bring the zen to your weekend with an hour-long yoga class taught by one of our Certified Yoga Instructors. We travel to you and provide all supplies including yoga mats, music, and good vibes! Whether you’re looking for an energizing flow or a grounding restorative experience, we will show up ready to teach based on how you are feeling in the present moment. From first-time yogis to advanced practitioners, all are welcome here. We pride ourselves in making your class all about YOU! Our passionate teachers are hand-selected because of their skills, knowledge, and ability to bring fun into any situation.

Balanced bachelorette was the perfect way to start my bachelorette weekend. Our instructor was awesome and tailored our yoga session perfectly. The music was great. We felt refreshed and energized and got our bodies nice and tight for the bars later on that night! I would recommend this to literally anyone having a bachelorette party as a way to get things started and feel great!

What does the Private Group Yoga with Mimosas experience include?
This experience includes a 60-minute yoga class tailored to your group's abilities and goals, taught by a certified yoga instructor. We provide all supplies, including up to 30 yoga mats, music, and a special mat for the guest of honor. We also set aside time for group photos.
Can the yoga class be customized to fit our needs?
Absolutely! We can customize the class to fit your needs. You can even choose your favorite music for the class or use the playlist provided by your instructor.
What is the Mimosa Package add-on?
The Mimosa Package is an optional add-on that includes a lovely display of champagne, organic orange juice, and organic strawberries to be enjoyed throughout the class. Champagne flutes will be provided.
Do we need to have any prior yoga experience?
No prior yoga experience is necessary. Our talented staff can accommodate any skill level or need. Whether your party is just getting started or you’re hoping to relax after a long night out, we will guide you through the perfect yoga class for your hangover or lack thereof.
What if our meeting location is outside of Nashville?
A $30 travel fee is required for those whose meeting location is outside of Nashville. We travel to you and provide all supplies, so you can enjoy the yoga class in the comfort of your chosen location.

What is the maximum group size that can be accommodated?
We can accommodate groups of up to 30 people. We provide up to 30 yoga mats for the class.
What is the special treatment for the guest of honor?
The guest of honor will receive a special, ultra-cozy yoga mat. We also offer tender loving care to make the experience extra special for them.
Can we take group photos during the experience?
Yes, we set aside time for group photos during the experience. This is a great way to capture the fun and relaxation of your yoga class.
