In Nashville, detox to retox is the name of the game! Refresh your body and mind with a private 60-minute group yoga class at a tranquil location of your choice. Move with your breath, realign, and flow to the beat of your favorite songs! It's the perfect way to sweat out a hangover, harmonize the crew, and de-stress! Each session wraps up with soothing cold lavender eye towels, leaving everyone in a yoga-stoned savasana and ready to take on the day!

Loved this activity! The group made it out for the activity despite being a bit hungover. Nick completely understood and accommodated the group. He was hilarious and made the experience worthwhile. We were able to meet up at Centennial Park near the Parthenon. Stunning backdrop for our one moment of zen the entire trip. I would absolutely book this for your group!
