How long does a service take?

Usually a service takes about 30-45 minutes. For groups - will depend on size, but should take no longer than 1.5 hours.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit, debit, HSA and FSA. We cannot accept cash - sorry for any inconvenience.

Can I tip the wellness specialist?

Absolutely! They can accept cash if you would like, or you can tip at checkout.

How often can I do IV therapy?

We recommend no more than 1-2 times per week, but this can depend on your specific cirumstance. Please speak with your wellness specialist for additional information.

How much does an IV service cost?

Hydration services start at $65. Price will vary depending on vitamin and medication add-ins.

I have allergies, can I still receive services?

Yes! Just speak with your wellness specialist and we can customize a solution that will meet your needs, while keeping you safe and allowing you to enjoy your experience.

What is the process once my service is booked?

Our wellness specialist will call to confirm your appointment. Once they arrive, you will sit with them and discuss allergies, past medical history and any questions about the service. You will then have your blood pressure, temperature, oxygen level and heart rate checked, as well as do a quick telemedicine appointment (no more than 5 minutes) with one of our physicians - this is part of our safety protocol to help ensure you are healthy to receive the specific treatment. Then your wellness specialist will mix your solution and start your IV to get you feeling great!

I had a great IV experience with Michelle. The beginning process moved very smoothly and was effiecient with all 4 of us. She was very efficient, but also took her time with all of us to make sure we had everything we needed when we started our IVs.
