About this Experience

“The most unforgettable thing you’ll do all weekend.”

Trade one afternoon of bar hopping for a once-in-a-lifetime experience your entire Bride Tribe will be talking about for years. Release stress, let go of what no longer serves you, set intentions for the next chapter, and celebrate the bride-to-be through an unforgettable Medicine Sweat Lodge ceremony rooted in ancient traditions of purification and renewal.

Together you’ll gather around the sacred fire, share laughter, song and meaningful moments, enter the lodge for a cleansing earth sauna experience. Release wedding stress, celebrate friendship, honor this sacred transition, and step into your next chapter feeling lighter, clearer, and glowing from the inside out.

And yes - the post-lodge glow is real. Between the heat, steam, and deep detoxification, many say their skin has never felt softer or looked more radiant. Frequently Asked Questions

Is this safe for first-timers?

Yes. The ceremony is guided with care, and you are always encouraged to listen to your body. You may leave the lodge at any time if needed.

How hot does it get?

It can become quite hot, but the experience unfolds in rounds, with opportunities to cool down between them.

What should I wear inside the lodge?

A sarong or wrap only. Because this is a rebirth ceremony, we encourage people to remember that they were born without clothes. We wear a sarong or wrap for modesty when we are entering, but many people choose to drop it during the ceremony. We will be sitting in one spot in the dark inside and so there is little concern about what you look like.

Can I leave early?

We strongly encourage participants to stay for the full experience, including the closing and shared meal, as this helps integrate the journey. However, if you feel the need to leave the lodge during the ceremony, we ask that you stay near the fire in meditation to continue being part of the ritual from without.

Is this religious?

No. While spiritual, the ceremony is non-dogmatic and welcoming to people of all belief systems. Previous sweat lodge ceremonies that we have facilitated have featured at least eight different religions represented in the same ceremony.

Will I be naked?

Everyone will be wearing a sarong upon entering. You can choose to remove it if you feel comfortable inside the lodge, but it is not required.

Is food included?

Yes - nourishing, grounding food is lovingly prepared and shared after the ceremony.
