About this Experience
What you'll do:
Step onto a BODYROK reformer with your group for 40 minutes of pulsing music, expert coaching, and a full-body burn that sculpts from the first squeeze to the final plank.
Warm up together – You'll meet your instructor, get a hands-on reformer walkthrough, and settle in with your group before the lights dim.
Move through the signature sequence – You'll flow through planks, lunges, squats, pikes, and jumps designed to fire up your core and legs without crushing your joints.
Push at your own level – You'll dial intensity up or down on the reformer's resistance, so beginners and regulars in the same group both leave challenged.
Choose your soundtrack – You'll roll in with your own Spotify playlist or let the studio curate one, so the energy matches your group.
Toast the finish – You'll cool down in the lobby with complimentary champagne (21+) and a group photo before heading back into Music City.
By the end of class, your group will be flushed, laughing, and noticeably tighter, primed for whatever the rest of the day in Nashville has planned.
Why we love it for your party:
Truly private studio – The room is yours alone, so the playlist, the energy, and the pace are built around your group instead of a public class schedule.
Up to 16 reformers – Big enough for a bachelorette party or full corporate team, small enough that nobody disappears in the back.
Customizable intensity – Your instructor scales the workout to the room, which matters when half the group does pilates weekly and half hasn't tried a reformer before.
Quick on the schedule – At 40 minutes plus arrival, it slots cleanly between brunch and Broadway without eating your whole day.
Champagne finish – A complimentary post-class toast turns a workout into a celebration without you having to plan a second stop.
