Additional Information:
Grip socks: Grip socks are required for safety and sanitation — no exceptions. You may bring your own or purchase a pair in-studio
Attendee list: A full list of attendees must be provided to BODYROK Nashville at least 48 hours before your scheduled class.
Arrival: All participants must arrive at the studio at least 15 minutes before class to sign waivers, meet the instructor, and receive an overview of the reformer.
Complimentary champagne: If all attendees are over 21, complimentary champagne may be served in the lobby after class.
Music options: We can customize a playlist for your group or play your own playlist via Spotify to make your session even more personal and fun.

How does BODYROK differ from Traditional Pilates?

How many calories can you burn in a BODYROK class?
BODYROK's reformer sessions can burn significantly more calories (400–600 in 40 min) than traditional mat Pilates (170–250 per hour).
Can you do BODYROK while pregnant or postpartum?
Absolutely! Consult your doctor first and make sure your instructor is aware so they can provide proper modifications for you as needed.
What do I wear?
Grip socks are required for safety and sanitation - no exceptions. You may bring your own, or purchase a pair in-studio. Any workout attire is fine!
